Born at the Foot of

Black Butte Coffee Co. started with a simple conviction: Ennis deserves a coffee destination that matches the grandeur of the landscape surrounding it. We opened our doors on East Main Street with a small-batch roaster, a passion for local community, and a belief that great coffee is an act of care.

Every bean is roasted in-house. Every pastry is made from scratch. Every customer is treated like a neighbor — because in Ennis, that's exactly what you are. From the first sip of our signature dark roast to the last bite of a flaky croissant, we pour intention into every detail.
